CKC Summer Camp Registration 2011

Registration is open to all families at the release of Summer Camp information, January 2nd.

Priority is first given to returning campers up until February 1st and thereafter spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. We have an excellent record of grouping and accommodating friend requests.

Waiting lists are carefully managed, with placement given in the order to which they are received.

*We encourage you to join our database to receive the most recent information regarding January to June specialty classes and summer camp updates. Creativity without communication is like a smile in the dark...it’s there but no-one can appreciate it.

Payment Information

Camp Registrations are dated and numbered upon receipt. A $200 check only deposit is required for each camper to maintain their position. Deposit checks should be received no more than two weeks from the date of submission to not jeopardize your position.

Final Payment Balance is due April 1st unless an individual payment plan has been arranged.

Checks that are returned from the bank for any reason will incur an additional $25.00 charge.

Modifications can be made to your child’s summer plan with extension add ons at any time when space permits, however full payment must be made before attending.

Cancellation Policy

The $200 camp deposit is refundable if the request is made in writing by April 1st.  A $50 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations made after April 1st and before the first day of camp forfeit the $200 deposit.
